Spores, a sculptural mural by Edgard Rodríguez Luiggi, outlines the evolution of nature up to the point of its figurative disintegration, reaching an abstract, surreal level. To accomplish this effect, the artist uses as a sort of refrain the concept of a "spore", or reproductive cell that breaks away, flies, and falls, giving birth to new flowers. These spores, suggested by semicircular forms scattered along the walls of the train, symbolize the origin of life, or the beginning of something to be constructed.
